My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were comfortable and climate-controlled, but they had a musty smell and were a bit noisy due to children playing in the pool early in the morning. The staff was well-educated and accommodating. The location was outstanding, perfectly situated between Plaza Grande and Paseo de Montejo. However, there were some issues with noise in the area and plastic film in some parts of the hotel.
